Why are Luos so unique ?

I am not a luo but for a good reason i am surprised by this community and their uniqueness.
They are different from other kenyans, from my boy Obama, who gives you hope to Esther Arunga who brings home Mr. Fizzle Dogg to Oyunga Pala with his one-liners to Raila and his soccer quotes "kibaki ako na team yake na mimi niko na team yangu", those people always grab your attention.

I took time to visit Ksm and I stayed for one month while on duty. These guys are not different. Its only that they are

1. Very open to others
2. Very courageous
3. Very manipalable if convinced.
4. They are equally riotious
5. Very intelligent ...........

RAO visited the lakeside town the other day and his motorcade held traffic for hours! There was a near riot in the city and they told RAO to his face that they do not need that motorcade in the city AGAIN! They told him to go away and stay away with his motorcade:
