Stepping aside is the KEY word. I too think that Kip shu step aside so that allegations on his past ills can be unveiled. If allgations are wrong then the man will be as clean as cotton.

Kiplagat was given that post for a reason, mainly to protect the evil doers of the Kenyatta, Kibaki and Moi regimes. It is these forces that are asking him to remain strong and not step down. He is being used. if he were his own man in all these, he would definitely withdraw to stem further embarassment.
