Again, here we go with any and everything foreign.
KEnyans fell over each other trying to show Usain Bolt that they are the best hosts the world has ever known. NOt even Paul Tergat and Catherine Ndereba, our two most decorated athletes by a mile have ever received 1% of the recognition Bolt received. Egyptian, you embarrass me. Do you even know Mr. Kagame? Raila Odinga gave us a foreigner, a white German as our head coach. This guy was an idiot. Our own Kimanzi was doing great with the team but due to our lvoe for ANY and EVERYTHING FOREIGN, we shot ourselves in the head/foot or whatever. |

I agree with you that Kagame is a good man. Lifting Rwanda from the abyss of genocide to where it is now is not an easy task.
However before we go to that far, we need to keep our house in order first. Does it mean that in Kenya, out of the 40 million people, there is no development minded individual. My take is Mr Raphael Tuju can be our Kagame |

Kagame is certainly a great leader, but I doubt he would be able to do much in the whole of East Africa.
Anyway, he is the kind of person with the leadership qualities some of us have all along been advocating for Kenya. This guy has a vision and is determined to bring it to fruition. BUT note also that he does not depend only on that nebulous concept called democracy. The guy is a hardman with military discipline. A classic example of the so-called "Benevolent Dictator." To go back on the rails, Kenya needs no less. Tuju is a diplomat. Mututho is more of a thuggish character. Musyimi is inspiring but would only be effective at the national level after restlessness has subsided. From the current crop of politicians, I am yet to see one who fits the bill. we need leaders who can think how to eradicate the many difficulties that we face everyday as citizens. you mentioned mr.musyimi, well i think he is a brilliant person but too soft n heavily tilted to one side, we need a guy who really thinks about the 42tribes n not only his own. i suppose a people like - moses wetangula -wangare maathai -raphael tuju |

maajabu ya dunia Kweli people are blind, Your list is full of PNU Brigade why? Same people who stole elections and are dragging us down with corruptions. Give me Paul Kagame any day. But closer to home I would go for PLO Lumumba over Mutava Musyimi. Mutava has shown us like Bishop Wanjiru that People from Church background are not good in politic at all. Full stop. Also his silence once he got into parliament shows all the noise he was making was fr personal gain only. At home only PLO is has been voice of reason. Paul Kagame is to good for Kenya I am afraid. |
