why on earth should a government wake up, n start telling parents to present their children to school with a birth certificate or else they not gonna have a smooth ride....

this is an example of the height of ineptitude. something should be done soon to rectify this situation. why cant the process be implemented at a reasonable pace?????

This is the way things operate here these days.

It has been said that Kibaki has or gave his ministers free hand for them
to do their work unlike when Moi was in power.

So that is why any mad government official will come up with a mad idea and
subject Kenyans into much agony.

Why all of a sudden should the ministry of education come up
with this birth certificate thing and give ultimatums.

There are many ways of killing a rat without burning the whole
house.

And so there're many ways of stopping examination cheatings other
than using the birth certificates and if it is a must, atleast, they
would have given the citizens enough time, like an year notice, for
people to go look for this documents.

This thing has made many parents and wanafunzi very disperate in a very short
time.

Now money is changing hands 'for those who wants their documents proccessed faster'

All people from all tribes, including his are suffering after the ministry's officials
came up with this nonesence, hakuna ukabila when Kenyans are suffering, we suffer together
after being misused by these crooks in the name of wanasiasa.

Or is it one way of Ongeri and his officials in the ministry
of trying to move the attention they have been been receaving lately after
that scandal of corruption?
